Thank you for supporting my work. Every purchase helps sustain my artistic practice. Because my store offers both made-to-order merchandise and original artwork, different return policies apply to each.

Made-to-Order Merchandise

All apparel, accessories, and home goods are made to order specifically for you through my fulfillment partner, Printful. As each item is produced on demand, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Preference for a different color or style

Please review all sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 30 days of delivery at morgan@morganeverhart.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and any visible defects or shipping damage

Claims for products that are misprinted, damaged, defective, or fulfilled incorrectly will be reviewed and, when confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact me within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so I can work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or because it was not claimed from the carrier, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Original Paintings

All original paintings and original works of art are final sale.

Because each artwork is one of a kind, returns or exchanges are not accepted due to change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Artwork Damaged During Shipping

If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photographs of the artwork

  • Photographs of the shipping box

  • Photographs of the packing materials

  • Your order number

I will work with you to resolve the issue, including filing shipping insurance claims when applicable and arranging a repair, replacement (when possible), or refund.

Cancellations

Made-to-order merchandise enters production shortly after an order is placed. Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that made-to-order products are custom manufactured specifically for you and therefore are not eligible for return except in cases of manufacturing defects, fulfillment errors, or shipping damage.
